WHY NIEC
Why Order From Us
Same-day to 2-day dispatch
City orders often go out the same day, and all orders are dispatched within 2 days at most. You order the way you already work — over the phone or WhatsApp — and we handle the rest.
An in-house lighting designer
Our lighting designer helps plan the lighting for a room or a full project: choosing fittings, light levels and finishes so the space looks the way you want it to.
Help matching product to requirement
For project work, we help architects and contractors compare products against drawings, specifications and budgets, including across brands when one range does not cover the requirement.
Across multiple electrical categories
We maintain stock across core categories so many requirements can be fulfilled from inventory already available rather than beginning the sourcing process only after the enquiry arrives.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers on delivery, pricing and visiting us.
Still have a question?
Our team usually replies on WhatsApp within working hours.
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Maharashtra. City orders are often dispatched the same day, and all orders go out within 2 days at most, from stock we already hold rather than sourced to order once you ask.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
MOQ applies on some items depending on stock, product and brand. Send us what you need and we'll confirm the applicable quantity and pricing.
Do you offer dealer pricing?
Yes. Dealer pricing is shared directly rather than published openly on the website. Message us with your dealer details and requirement and our team can quote accordingly.
Can I get a quotation or bill of quantities priced?
Yes. Send us your requirement, drawing or BoQ and we can respond with applicable product options, availability and pricing.
Can you help plan the lighting for my space?
Yes. Our in-house lighting designer can help plan the lighting for a room or a full project, from choosing fittings to light levels and finishes. Share your drawings or photos on WhatsApp and we will set up a discussion.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm. You can visit the Experience Centre, call us or message us on WhatsApp during these hours.
